The beer is a beautiful amber-colored lager, brewed primarily with Vienna malt. The malt gives a lovely malty and slightly caramelized flavor. The hops are German Mittelfrüh, which contributes a moderate and mild bitterness in the aftertaste. An easy-drinking beer, with a refreshing taste.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, somewhat murky nutty brown with a lacing, beige head. Biscuity, caramelly aroma. Medium body, same flavors as above yet not overly sweet. Hardly any bitterness. Well made. 010325
