On tap at Mikkeller & Friends. Dark brown with a small head. Really sweet with light bourbon, some honey, caramel, dried fruit and warming alcohol. I kind of liked it, in a small glass.

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours deep chestnut brown löeaving some subtle legs on the glass. Smell is slightly fruity, tiny earthy and tiny floral with dark honey, caramel, bochet, vanilla fudge, charred wood, chocolate covered raisins, hay and bourbon alcohol. Taste is very sweet, slightly fruity and slightly floral. Mouthfeel is fat, oily, round, boozy and near full bodied. Finish is sweet with dark honey, caramel, bochet, vanilla fudge, charred wood, chaocolate covered raisins, dried pine needles and bourbon alcohol. Nice dessert mead. Bit hot but that’s bearable...

Tap at warpigs. Pitch black small yellow head. Woody roasted aroma and lots of honey aroma. Very pleasing aroma. Flavor is very sweet . Mostly sweet honey but also the bubbly palate of wood lagering, and notes from the bourbon. Complex mead.
