Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Yellow Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Superstition Safeword ].Clear dark brown color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, wood, sweet honey, chocolate - vanilla notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, honey, wood, sweet wood - candy - honey. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20150501]

Tap@CBC 2015, Yellow Session - dark brown verging black with no head. Aroma and taste is sweet honey, brown sugar, lots of honey, sweet and overt boozy.

From tap. Pours hazy brown with no head. Aroma is dense honey and toasted. Overripe fruity. Sweet, fruity and slight wineous. Lingering fruityand mellow honey. Sweet finish.

Aroma is odd with sugar, honey and sweaty tones. Flavour is sweet with sugar, honey, some bourbon notes and some toasted sugar. Finishes with some bitterness and warming alcohol. These oversweet meads are not for me.

Draught @ CBC 2015

Pours pitch black with a tiny head. Aroma of fruits, bourbon, wood, vanilla, toffee and oak. Taste is sweet, syrupy and heavy with honey, oak, wood and vanilla. Finish is sweet, oaky and woody with loads of honey, vanilla and bourbon. Quite untypical but tasty.
