Commissioned blonde with creamy, thinnish, milky head and peach blonde colour with pinkish hue, shrouded in yeast clouds. Aroma of caramelly and honeyish malts, orange, apricot, green apple, coriander, lemon zest. Malty taste, light sweetish, pretty strong carbo, sourish citrus freshness, full and smooth mouthfeel, drying coriander, bitterish hops in the finish but the maltiness prevails and lasts longer. Straightforward, not to say on the boring side...

Bottle @ home. Cloudy, murky yellow colored beer with small yeast particles in it. Big thick white head. Smell malts, spices, yeast. Taste malts, yeast, a hint of pepper, lightly bitter. Average carbo, medium body.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Aroma of green apples, honey, dust, grass. Deep bronze-orange, cloudy and full of gunk, and a medium, fine, merangue head. Flavor is interstingly complex, sour edge, bitter edge, herbal, barnyard. Interesting. Almost a bit smokey as well: lichen or something? Musky, yeasty, pepper, coriander. Quite nice biterness in the finish. A bit weird, but I am enjoying that.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a mid-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty and lemon-fruity aroma with bready malty notes, as well as ginger and herbal spice. Moderately sweet and bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Bready malty and slightly grainy taste with spicy and subtle fruity notes; slightly sweet malty and bitter hoppy finish with a well-integrated and warming alcoholic note. 27.XI.10

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body under a finger-thick, dense, off-white head. Cellar, fruits, malts, some roasted and sweet malts and brown sugar on the nose. Sweet, sugary and malty flavor with cellar and fruits. Hints of butterscotch in the finish, sugar and pale malts too. A bit warm in the mouth, sweet, and medium to full-bodied. Some spiced notes too. A rather unusual and too warm one. 090828

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a huge cream colored head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of spices especially coriander and also fruit, where oranges are most dominant. The flavor is sweet malty with spicy notes of coriander combined with fruity notes, leads to a dry spicy finish. It has a nice body.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Hazy golden with a dense, off-white head. Aroma of fruit and diacetyl. Quite full-bodied with sweetish, fruity accents, a little caramel, a little metal and a somewhat raw bitterness with some alcohol in the finish. Alright. 080408
