BBA Imperial Stout with Cacao & Vanilla
As soon as we started sharing Dark Ritual at this year's GABS Festival we immediately regretted not putting any in cans for those cold, long winter nights.
Luckily for us we keep a well-stocked oak cellar and have rippers barrels available for just such an occasion. This Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout is a blend of 8 ex-bourbon barrels conditioned on Organic Cacao and Vanilla Pods from Papua New Guinea. Enjoy a Darker Ritual.

A beautiful imperial stout with vanilla, bourbon, toast, vegemite and coffee leaping out of the glass. Smooth mouthfeel with the chocolate more prominent and the bourbon a bit more restrained.
