Cali Triple IPA is the amped-up iteration of our head brewer Charlie’s Cali series. The same pilsner malt base keeps things super crispy and pale in colour. The series trident of Columbus, Citra and Mosaic are joined by Amarillo, layering more hops as the ABV hits double figures. Tropical fruit aromas headline, leading to dank, resinous pine. This is one to savour.

Pours slightly hazy gold with a large fading head.Nose shows soft booze, clean malt, soft pine, dried citrus skin.Flavours include more sweet clean malt, soft piny and resinous hops, a faint bit of booze.

Aromas of pine, citrus, apple and mango. A very crisp, clear flavour with a nice body but the alcohol is just a bit too much.
