bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard As bøgedal 194, 7% alc. on the label (not 5.7 as 0131) ingredients seem to match the 0131 label. Best before apr 17 2011, tasted apr 18,2011. Clear yellow, white fluffy head. herbal, flowery, hay aroma, still quite nice. Country like aroma, a little bit like biere de garde, mut more dry and champaigne like. flavor is mouldy, cellary, the mouldy and cellary notes overwhelm the rest of the flavors unless served cold. also notes of hay, herbs, honey, flowers, malts, alc. flavor is quite strong and complex, but i could do without the mouldy herbal stuff.

Bottled. A murky orangey beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with dusty notes of Centennial hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle, 75cl corked, at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. A hazy orange beer with a nice off-white head. Some spices, citrus, pale malts and notes of cellar in the aroma. Medium mouthfeel, quite sweet, with flavors of spices, citrus, pale malt and cellar. Bitter finish. A quite nice farmhouse-ish beer, but not my favorite Bøgedal. (080913)
