Ölen du håller i din hand är en Russian Imperial Stout. Ursprunglingen bryggd av J. Wakefield för bryggeriets tvåårsjubileum. I sin ursprungliga form är Golden Ticket en mycket komplex stout med flera olika smaksättare. I vår gemensamma variant har vi möblerat om bland dessa smaker och lagt till toner av alla svenskars favoritgodis – lakrits.

Seemed very solid at first. But feel through a little bit after a while. Not as complex as I hoped. Still a good beer.
Black as the deepest dungeon and a fine beige head. Ok lacing. Looks good. Fine intensity in the aroma. Full body and a mellow carbonation level. Balanced sweetness. Not as lasting flavor as hoped. Well masked alcohol. Chocolate, toffee, licorice, roast and some spices in the flavor.

Fat på All In Beer Fest 2017. Svart med brun krona. Choklad, karamell, rostade toner. En del kaffe, granola, mörkt socker. Smarrigt!

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malt and toffee. Dark malty. Rich toffee, roasted. Bitter. Lingering dark malty. Bitter and roasted. Dense malty. Dry and roasted finish.
