Ölen du håller i din hand är en Russian Imperial Stout. Ursprunglingen bryggd av J. Wakefield för bryggeriets tvåårsjubileum. I sin ursprungliga form är Golden Ticket en mycket komplex stout med flera olika smaksättare. I vår gemensamma variant har vi möblerat om bland dessa smaker och lagt till toner av alla svenskars favoritgodis – lakrits.

Bottled, thanks Zvone! Poured a black body with tiny traces of an off white head. Huh. The aroma wasn't great really, almost a bit off. Old barrel, light carob and some higher alcohols. Eh. The taste, however, changes everything radically. Fantastic, everlasting chocolate, cocoa and slightly caroby taste, smooth, cake-like, with just some mild alcohol. So so pleasant, if you ignore the aroma - smells meh tastes great!

Draught at All In Beer Fest 2017, Friday session.Black color, light brown head. Sweet, alcohol, solvents scent. Sweet, caramel, alcohol taste. Caramel aftertaste. Warming alcohol. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.6/4/6/3/12=3.1

Tap@Fermetoren, Copenhagen - Black pour with beige head. Roasted and sweet malty with notes of chocolate and caramel, some toffee, licorice, medium body, vanilla licks into the sweet malty close.

(Thank you!) Sampled draft @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. Black, little tanned head. Nose is strange perfume, the liquorice I presume with chocolate & booze. Taste is cacao, bit harsh varnish, candy, basic chocolate, fair nice chocolate bit hot but a good beer, thick chocolate body. Nice.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. A black beer with a huge most good lasting beige head. Aroma of sweet dark malt, vanilla, sugar. Taste of sweet chocolate, vanilla, dark strong malt boozy finish.

Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: sweet, vanilla, malty, crème brûlée, caramel, sugary, chocolate. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: roasted start, bit sweet, then pretty chemical weird, unpleasant bitterness. Aftertaste: roasted, sweet, weird, nope.

Draft at Billie's Craft Beer Fest '17. Black with a tan head. Aroma of licorice, chocolate, floral notes coconut and light hairspray. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
