Ölen du håller i din hand är en Russian Imperial Stout. Ursprunglingen bryggd av J. Wakefield för bryggeriets tvåårsjubileum. I sin ursprungliga form är Golden Ticket en mycket komplex stout med flera olika smaksättare. I vår gemensamma variant har vi möblerat om bland dessa smaker och lagt till toner av alla svenskars favoritgodis – lakrits.

Draught sample at CBF 18. Near black with a thin tanned head. Sweet aroma with rich dark malts, liqourice and roasted notes. Oily body. Rich and filling. Nice.

Draught at KØ18. Distinct chocolate cake aroma. Very dark brown colour. Seems clear. Small stable creamy light brown head. The flavour is vinous and fairly sweet with a nice liqueur-like finish. Also a distinct but warming alcohol finish.

Sampled from tap at BPBW 2018. Pitch black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of nougat, praline and some hazelnut. Very sweet, malty, slightly roasty taste of lots of nougat, hazelnut, praline and some vanilla, followed by a medium long, moderately roasty-bitter, slightly earthy and a bit warming-alcoholic finish. Medium to full body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Lovely!

Bottle. Pours a black color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty chocolate licorice aroma. Roasted malty chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and licorice finish.

Flaska från SB. Tack Daniel. Kolsvart, opak, nästan utan skum. Söt doft, lakrits, fudge, karamell. Smaken är också riktigt söt, med en lätt kärv ton och en hel del lakrits. Väldigt sött och inte riktigt det djup i smakerna som berättigar det. Ok

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him and Trolleo. Almost black coloured, small to medium sized pale beige head, chocolate and carob in the nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, light licorice, pretty strong carob and noticable alcohol in the finish.
