Draught with a silly name. Poured deep red brown, it reminded me of a vintage port. fast disappearing white head. Ringed lacing. Fruity and malty aroma. Toffee and caramel malt flavour with a speedy finish. It didn’t seem that strong, and the alehouse called it a brown ale.

This is actually different for Lagunitas, however it actually comes out worse than usual. It’s a hoppy but not all hoppy brew. Clear brown color with a small head. Watery-syrupy nuts and caramel with water-y sticky light hoppiness. Taste is similar with a light-medium bitterness at the end. Mouthfeel is again a mix of water-y and slick/sticky. Weird and very forgettable, as Lagunitas usually is but this is in another way.
22oz bomber, Maredsous thin, elongated goblet glass.
