Amber beer made from roasted barley malts. Its light tones of caramel and gingerbread give it a pleasant roundness. La Crin Blanc pays homage to the Comtois draft horse with its color, the whiteness of its foam and its character that is both soft and powerful.

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and metal - does the latter stem from the alcohol? The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and metal as well as a light acidity - is it from the use of brewing cereal? The body is a bit thin. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.
