La birra artigianale è di colore nero impenetrabile con schiuma cremosa color beige scuro. Al naso spicca subito l’aroma di vaniglia con sentori di cioccolato, caffè e zucchero filato. In bocca è morbida e vellutata con gli zuccheri che ammorbidiscono il corpo e nascondono il tenore alcolico. L’amaro lungo e deciso dona equilibrio e profondità. I sentori di vaniglia e cioccolato si fondono esaltando la bevuta. Sul finale scorre via aiutata dal tenore alcolico che asciuga e ripulisce il palato.

330mL can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has some harsh vanilla beans, a touch of marshmallow, and some dark sugar. Flavour has plenty of vanilla, a touch of marshmallow, and dark sugars. Not the most cohesive mix of adjuncts, and the vanilla is on the harsher side. Medium-bodied for the style. Decent, but far from elegant

330mL can. Pours black with a beige head. Coffee, marshmallow, and vanilla on the nose. Flavour has coffee, marshmallow, and a very harsh vanilla character. The base beer doesn't seem good enough to absorb the harshness of the adjuncts. Overall this doesn't seem particularly well-done.

A black beer with a tan head. Aroma of sweet strong dark, marshmallows, vanilla, cherries. Taste of sweet strong dark malt, chocolate, sugary, sticky sweet finish.

Intensiver, süß malziger Beginn. Erkennbarer Alkohol, viel Vanille, Himbeere, Kakao, etwas Espresso. Alkoholisch bleibend, die Süße ist angenehm, moderat fruchtig, brennend. Aromatisch aber etwas unausgewogen. 10/10/7/11/8/10

lattina 33 cl, schiuma nocciola non abbondante ma fine persistente, colore nero, al naso subito marshmallow poi vaniglia Vov caffè caramello, in bocca è piena vellutata marshmallow Vov vaniglia caramello cioccolato fondente caffè frutta secca, corpo strutturato, alcool ben presente riscalda non disturba ma bastona, carbonazione piatta, oily, dolce compensato da un amaro accentuato.
