(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a big and off-white foamy head. Sweet and slightly cara-malty aroma with biscuits and moderate herbal hoppy notes. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft and well-matured carbonation. Solid cara-malty base with notes of biscuits and bread, accompanied by herbal accents and a subtle almost vinous fruity note. Sweet malty finish with a rounded herbal hoppy bitterness. Surprisingly drinkable Bock by Eichbaum. Good (21.I.09).
