Bottled. A brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and spices, but also with an edge of acidity. The flavor is sweeet and very spicy. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear orangey brown with a tall and lively beige head that leaves some laces. Aroma of fruit, vanilla and burned malt. Medium body with sweet burned malts, lots of vanilla accents, fruit and a rather dry and bitter finish. Thereβs even a whiff of Brett in there somewhere. 130608

50 cL bottle. Pours murky and brown with a lacing off-white head. Mild citrusy hops aroma and with a distinct infection note too. Flavour is of a classic milky/citric infection. Ends mild spiced and more citrusy flavoured. Choco? Rye? not in this one
