今回も沖縄市のFill Brewing様で作らせていただきました。
Maris OtterとEast Kent Goldingsという英国エールらしいコンビネーションに、アメリカの代表的なCentennialホップを組み合わせました。
香りには紅茶や花のニュアンス、アーシーなホップ由来の要素と、ビスケットのようなモルト由来の要素が感じられ、口に含むと穏やかな苦みとモルトの甘みが絶妙に調和しています。
一口飲むと、心地よい苦みと甘みが口の中に広がり、贅沢な味わいを楽しむことができます。
A typical British ale combination of Maris Otter and East Kent Goldings is combined with America's representative Centennial hop.
The aroma has hints of black tea and flowers, earthy hop-derived elements, and biscuit-like malt-derived elements, and in the mouth, the gentle bitterness and malt sweetness are in perfect harmony.
When you take a sip, the pleasant bitterness and sweetness spread in your mouth, allowing you to enjoy the luxurious taste.
