Ratebeer says this is out of production, but I've just picked up a can of Sailors Grave Milky Way Custard Apple Cream Sour. I have no idea what custard apples taste like (kinda like normal apple?), so I can't tell you whether this is full of them or not. But the predominant aroma is marzipan, with yogurt, apple nuts and grapefruit. The marzipan combines with quite a bit of apple and a dirty socks aftertaste. This is a ripper.

Pours gold with a quickly fading head.Nose shows honey, vanilla-like custard apple, pear and soft lemon.Flavours include more honey-like and perfumous custard apple notes. Some soft acidity and light spicy phenolic notes.
