A re-engineering of our rich and decadent B.O.R.I.S. Imperial Stout, as S’MORIS! First, both malt & hops were fine tuned to velvety perfection. But then, loads of graham crackers, toasted marshmallows, and rich chocolate were added. These create the memorable flavors and aromas of eating s’mores around the campfire (along with a great imperial stout, of course)!

16oz can from Tavour. Black pour with a one finger beige creamy head. Chocolaty aroma, notes of cinnamon, vanilla, graham. Taste is sweet, almost cloying, vanilla, chocolate. The sugary sweetness hides the ABV.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a slight tan head. Aroma of graham flour and marshmallow. Full bodied. Quite malty. Quite sweet, but not sticky. Malt is somewhat balanced by roasty malt bitterness. And by some dark chocolate bitter. Definitely has graham flour and marshmallow. Nicely done.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2023. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has marshmallow and graham cracker with sweet chocolate and dark grains backing. Flavor has chocolate and dark grains with growing roast and some marshmallow coming through.

Black with a large foamy tan head that left minimal lacing. Sweet with strong chocolate, graham cracker, and vanilla - but artificial. Very long finish. Full body.
