Tap @ Brewpub, Copenhagen. Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, earthy and caramel. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, earthy, caramel, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Burnt orange. Moderate head Lovely nose. Smells like tangerines. Taste is a bit odd. Even though it smells nice, sort of a dirt and earthy taste paired with mushrooms. Finish is very clean and it’s overall mouthfeel is nice. Just a weird combo of flavors

Prøveglass på bryggeripuben 4 Nov 11. Lys gylden. Lavt kremaktig skum som varer en stund. God sitrusaroma. Antydning til fjøs i smaken. Kanskje en eller annen form for frukt. Ikke god.

Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, grain, notes of soap, flowery notes, hops and hints of smoke.

Pours cloudy amber with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, peach and pineapple. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught @ the brewpub. Grape and pineapple notes in the aroma. Fresh, citrusy taste with some pineapple notes. Some malts are coming through in the end, and tastes a little dry in the context. Taste is maybe a little short, but anyway - this is a great thirst quencher.

Draught. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. DArk brown colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter nice spicey slightly smoked flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

300ml draught paired with pork cheeks at the brewpub’s restaurant. Decent white head together with a clear, amber body. Fresh aroma of fruits. Taste of sappy oranges added by mild malty sweetness. Smooth hop bitterness to the ending. A living product with soft, natural carbonation. Perfect with the food (Copenhagen 25.03.2010).
