Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of heather honey. The flavor is sweet matly wtih strong notes of honey, leading to a slighlty acidic finish. The body is thin. Something weird about it - has it wild fermented slightly? Thanks Myrup for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. As: "Bjert Bryg Stærk Honning". Hazy, dark amber golden with a small, off-white head. Spicy nose with distinct honey accents. Good, full body with plenty of malt accents, some flowers and very distinct honey. Some alcohol in the finish. Decent. 281207

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange and with a fully diminished light brown head. Herbal spiced honey aroma. Somewhat thin flavour, has a bit of malt flavour providing a mild base to a honey dominant flavour. Ends with a solid bitterness. Somewhat hard to define and slight to faint in flavour.
