Lovely looking ale. A bit hazy amber color with a fine off white head. Nice lacing also. Hmmm then…. The aroma is very rich dried fruits. It feels like there is some yeast also. Medium + body. Slightly sweet and an ok bitterness. Average carbonation. Herbal, caramel and wee heavy dried fruity flavor. Ehhh it reminded me of an homebrew we made that turned really wrong. Impossible to drink all of it. Kitchen sink.

Bottle @ Home. Okey at first, this is the worst fucking guesher i even seen, even shows De Molen the back wheel here :) Beer / foam all over my table, and then had to fill 3 glasses before being able to carry the bottle across my livingroom to the kitchen sink !! Settles to a hazy orange with a fading white head. Aroma of malt, little fruity hops, notes of soap. Flavor is malt, caramel, some sugar, fruity hops, lightl alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation. 100313

[5/12/12] Draught sample at Ølfestival København 2012. Slightly hazy amber. Aroma of malt, grains, light floral hop hints. Sweetish grainy flavor with a bit of honey and a bitter husky finish with a bit of hops. Light to medium-bodied.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet with an acidic edge and some notes of malt. The flavor is malty with both sweet and some acidic notes, and a dusty note. The body is thin.

Biggish very white head. Slightly hazy light amber body with fast carbonation. Fruity mealy aroma of ash and peas. Dry-acidic taste of vinegary fruit. Sour and infected. Sufficiently bad that I won’t attempt any detailed analysis. Surely it wasn’t meant to be like this. Shame, because the aroma had promise. Must rerate. (0.5l bottle from girlfriend. BBD 2009-03-01.)
