The intense hints of roasting and coffee prepare for a full sip, with good carbonation that increases smoothness. Long final persistence, with an aftertaste of cocoa beans.

Bottiglia.

Bottled. A black beer with sediment floating around under a lazing brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and raisins. The flavor is acidic malty with notes of roasted malt, leading to a dry and bitter finish. Huge thanks to yespr for sharing.

Bottle#32: 75 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a lacing tan head. Mild coffee and roasted malt aroma. Flavour is hard roasted malt and also citric to acidic with another classic infection going on. Mild acidic finish from the roasted malt but moreover from the infection. Sad.
