Slightly aged sample Thick, off-white dense head over clear copper beer. Slightly sourish nose, touch of wine, partly acetic, partly lactic. Vinous flavour, again acetic and lactic, nowhere exaggerated, some dark-red fruit. Very light MF, for such a beer; if quite slick, film-like, there’s more to this than acidthinning. MF is cruelly missing; if not, the beer might be called pretty succesfull in a Belgian way, IMO.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, fruit, and caramel. The flavor is acidic yet a bit sweet with strong notes of fruit as well as a touch of plastic. Huge thanks to yespr for sharing.
