Inviting already from the ample and creamy foam. Beer with floral and malty scents, with slight spicy notes, on the palate it is full-bodied but not cloying,
with a good balance and final cleaning.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge rocky off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of citrus and peaches. The flavor is sweet with light notes of malt and peaches, leading to a tart finish. Huge thanks to yespr for sharing.

Bottle#30: 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a slowly collapsing white head. Dry brett-ish aroma, dry woody too. Medium sweet caramel malt flavour with a mild yeasty note. Mild spiced finish with a light orange fruity note. Mellow yeasty into the far finish. Distinctly infected :(, house character it seems.

Hazy blond color; huge frothy head. Weird (not good) aroma: beans, vegetables, perfume; salami? It has a reasonable body, maybe sweet malt, but covered by a flavor of vegetables, cabbage, probably a fermentation problem. Very difficult to get, problematic…

Blond color. Perfumy, spicy aroma. Some malt, on the tongue, correct bitterness. Correctly brewed.
