STYLE - American Pale Ale
ABV - 5.2
IBU - 50
MALTS - Pale, Ale
HOPS - Amarillo, Cascade
Hey Juniper pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is a combination of the spicy, resinous notes of the juniper berries and citrus and floral notes from the hops.
With a crisp bitterness on the palate that is balanced by a hint of sweetness from the malt. The juniper berries add a unique herbal, spicy flavour that complements the grapefruit, orange, and pine from the hops. The finish is dry and refreshing leaving a lingering resinous and slightly astringent sensation on the tongue.

A really nice American amber ale. There is a little citrus aroma, but the nose is dominated by a tomato scent which fades into a slight stonefruit aroma. The hops are quite bitter in the mouth and the juniper berries give it a satisfying warmth. The palate is a little thin, but the length is good.

Pours hazy copper with a large head.Nose shows heavy marris otter sweet bready notes with a faint spicy hit in amongst it. Very English.More sweet bready malt as as flavour. Again, there’s some soft spicy hops/juniper but little else.Carbonation is much too high.
