A unique combination of Crystal, biscuit malts and oatmeal help make this beer a silky smooth sensation. The beer is finished with a nice helping of citrus style hops. To add on to the citral dimension the brewers added some bitter orange peel.

On the X-Tap at the brewpub: Pours a dark orange/copper color with a smaller white head. Nice lacing. Nose is mild of citrus hops and sweetness. Taste is rich with citrus hops, maltiness, a little hint of spice, and the orange peel. Orange is easily detectable, but not offensive. Nice bitters in the trailer. When compared to it’s sibling, it comes up just short.
