On tap at Copenhagen Beerfestival. An almost clear, dark golden beer with a lasting, small, beige head. The aroma is quite neutral, but nice, with sugary sweetness and fruits. The flavor is much the same, sugary and frutiy, with citrus and resiny hops. Full-bodied and too warming in the mouth. Long finish with sugar, resin and alcohol. A decent beer with too much alcohol. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of malt and grassy, herbal, German hops. Sweetish malt flavoour with spice and fruit, and a touch of hops in the rather sweet finish.

On tap, sampled at Københavnske Øldage 09. Amber body. No head. Dark fruity to the nose. Taste of dried and dark fruits, raisin can be spotted, followed by sweet malts and a bittersweet ending. Brandy-like on the swallow. Though it is drinkable, the heat of the alcohol is not quite under control (15.05.2009).

Bottled. An unclear golden-red beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and fruit - primarily oranges. The flavor is sweet malty, leading to a dry bitter finish. Huge thanks to yespr for sharing.

Pours dirty copper to amber with firm light tan head. The aroma is dark fruity esters mixed with brown sugar and a bit of molasses. It tastes better than is smells. It doesn’t smell bad but the taste is just so very nice. I get deep decadent dark fruity esters to go along with rich moderately roasted malts. It gets a little molasses like to midway. This beer attains a tasty level of yum.
