Clear reddish brown body with a large creamy tan head. Sweet cherry aroma somewhat woody with some light caramel and sour hints. Sweet cherries, slightly tart with more woody hints. Medium body with fairly high carbonation and a sweet but tart finish.

Brett and barnyard aroma with some fruit. Flavor has cherry and lots of yeast, but this is not sour at all, and it would be much better if it was sour. Maybe it needs some time in the bottle to get there. Dry, oak finish. No carbonation. Light red color.

Thanks to beastiefan2k for sharing - not traditionally a lambic in most senses of the word - brownish pour with a red tint to it - oak, cherry and light earthiness in the aroma - medium tart, with more of a flemish red tang to it than a dry, lambic sourness - mild, chocolate and cherry sweetness behind the tart character - some hints of wood - fairly tasty, but lacking complexity.

Bottle courtesy of Headbanger, nice Larry. Split 3 ways, poured into DdB goblet glass. Pours a surprisingly dark color, akin to dark cola. No head and a bit of lacing. Cannot see through the beer and it is dark enough to make the clarity low with just a few light streaks. I was initially afraid this would turn out as too much of a fruit beer but those worries were quickly tamed as soon as my nose got a wiff. Great authentic sour aroma, acidic, funky. The fruit is a nice counterpart, not strong, seems the sweetness actual come from malt rather then the cherries. Aroma is a degree lower than an authentic Cantillon sourness. Taste is not as exciting. Really just not sour enough, but there is a lot of light chocolate maltiness. Finish is nicely acidic and tingles on the way down and leaves a light dryness. I would say 2 degrees lower than an authentic Canitillon. Maybe sitting in the bottle a bit longer may bring out more sourness (not sure if that goes against logical thinking) but a damn nice overall lambic.
Re-rate: Aged this all myself. Cork was still a pain in the ass. Still fruity and pitty with light wild aspects. Aging well enough but should not age any further and it was better fresh.
