Barrel-aged Imperial Stout
Aged 22 months in barrels, this beer is a blend of 3 distinct bourbon/whiskey barrels. Heaven Hill Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Willet Bourbon, and Heaven Hill Malt Whiskey.
With all of our BBA imperial stouts we hand select each blend to find a complimentary and expressive set of barrels that create a unique flavour experience.
This beer is intentionally carbonated very low (almost still). We encourage drinking the beer around 13-15 degC, aka cellar temp for best flavour and aroma expression.

473ml can. Pours an opaque black with no head. Sweet aroma of chocolate malt, raisin, bourbon, vanilla and oak. Sweet flavour of chocolate malt, molasses, date, raisin, toffee, vanilla, oats and oak in a dry, warming whiskey finish. Full body with a thick, creamy, smooth, syrupy texture and flat carbonation. I'm a big fan of these guys, but even this blew my mind! THICC and deeelicious. My favourite offering from them!
