Smooth, slightly roasty and malty with some toffee, prunes, caramel, chocolate sauce, barrel, wheaty bourbon and vanilla, some syrup and rye, warming alcohol. Pretty intense and complex

Sweet and boozy, a bit thin but oily viscosity. Strong bourbon, caramel, smooth and rich. Excellent.

Pre-MBCC 2025 tasting with Chris (thx, for the beer, dude!), Farees, and Shane.
Booze, a lot of wood, dark fruits. Damn, this is really boozy and a lot of wood. There are dark fruits, but, man, wood and booze this is what describe this beer --->
