Light malt and flaked barley are combined with carefully timed additions of Columbus and Citra hops. The result is a satisfying pale ale with citrus and earthy flavours. Unfiltered, unpasteurised and bottle conditioned.

Bottle from Brewer’s Droop, Bristol. Slightly hazy gold, with a massive, and creamy, white head. Pineapple and tangerine fruits, grassy hops, and some crisp, cereal malts, leading to a dryish finish with a suggestion of pine. Enjoyable.
