Bottled at the Salutation, Ham, Gloucestershire 2/10/2014. Deep gold with a slight haze. Aroma of tart apple fruit, skins and cores, a touch of citrus and an uplifting touch of pineapple. Flavour was also a combination of traditional medium dry apple character, with some wider tropical fruits notes before a fairly dry finish. Very good.
