Cask-conditioned at the Starving Rascal, Amblecote 22/11/2014. Medium brown with a decent, off-white, head. Sweet, malty bitter, with red berry fruits, plenty of caramel and and earthy edge, leading to a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Cask gravity at the Watford beer fest 2014. Reddy copper coloured pour with a thin greyish head. Aroma is twiggy, fruitcake, red currant jelly. Flavour is rounded malts nutty and caramel semi sweet, berry, woodland. Palate is semi sweet, highish caebonation. OK malty beer.
