50 cl bottle @ home. Rated on 30.06.2010
Aroma has exotic fruits, some pine needles and toffee. Flavour is fruity and hoppy with some gooseberry bush and resin. A bit ashy and stale, but good anyway.

Bottle. Slightly unclear in the glass, amber in color and topped by a small, dense, light beige head. Citrusy, slightly malty aroma, faint roasted hints and some beef stock and sulphur. Medium bodied and nicely carbonated, with flavors of caramel maltyness, citrus and some bitterness. Not very much bitterness, but sufficient. A few strange aromas here, but overall quite nice and pleasant. 110614

Bottle @ Home as Roskilde Øl,3½% ABV, BBD = 011007. Pours dark golden with a big offwhite head, lively carbonation. Aroma of grassy hops, peach, apples. Taste is bready malt, light citrusslike and fruity hops. Medium body. Drinkable, but im sure this was alot better 3-4 years ago. 090111

50cl bottle. Batch #R0105. Poured hazy amber color with a small but thick white head. Long lasting lacing. Aroma is fruity hops and some lemony/citrus notes or maybe melon, not sure. Flavor is similar, quite bitter towards finish. Easy to drink and quite refreshing.

Flavours were malts, wort, fruitiness, sweetness and medium bitterness. Afertaste was malty and bitter. The taste is like the fermentation hadn’t finished.
