A straw colored crispy German ale. Subtle fruity flavors mix with a light grainy aroma, finishing fairly dry with a delicate but pronounced noble bitterness.

On tap at the source.
Pours a dark straw color with a decent sized off white head that slowly dissipates. Bready crackery maltiness with bits of earthy floral and spice. Very well crafted.
