Draught @ Gastropub Nordic. Rated on 12.11.2010
Aroma is somewhat hoppy with some exotic fruits, resin and caramel. Flavour has hops, caramel, some berries typical to danish ales and fruits. Too low on hops and too high on berries.

From bottle at Ølfestival 2012. Hazy amber with a small head. Hoppy aroma and taste. Not extremely bitter with a dry finish. Not bad but there are tastier India Pale Ales.

Bottle: Poured a nice amber color ale with a nice large foamy head with excellent retention and some good lacing. Aroma of citrus and pine hoppy notes is quite enticing with some sweet caramelized malt notes also noticeable. Taste is a solid mix between some hoppy notes with some citrus and light resinous notes which are well balanced by some caramelized malt notes with medium sweetness level. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Solid IPA with nice floral hoppy notes and balanced bitterness.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, astonishing dark amber with huge frothy off-white head. Wonderful hop aroma dispreads immediately, which is considerably more green, leafy, woody and "heavy" compared to other "typical" lighter, fruity and citrussy IPAs. Taste is almost pure chlorophyll - grassy, leafy, earthy - simply put "green". The beginning oscillates between an IPA and Black IPA concerning the malt component; then the GREEN takes over the government, leading to a dry, slightly sour and bitter (in the beer style’s sense) finish. Untypical, needs getting used to, but not bad.

Bottle at Delirium Hoppy Loft, Brussels, with James and Paul. Pours amber with a big, foamy head. Some leafy hops in the nose, with light caramel and pine. Medium sweet flavor, some gingerbread, caramel and dry leaves. Medium to big in body with lively carbonation. Dry finish with lots of leafy bitterness, some graham crackers and caramel. Pretty meh. A bit dusty. I have to wonder about the freshness of this bottle. (3.4)
Keg at CBC Clerkenwell during the Second Birthday Party - London. Pours clearish gold with a creamy white head. Nose of ripe tropical fruits, mango and papaya. Medium to big sweet flavor with juicy citrus, light caramel, some bready malts. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish with dry citrus and more tropical fruits. Better than the bottle I had. (3.6)

Bottle at Delirium Hoppy Loft, shared with Leighton and James. It pours cloudy brown, with a white head. The nose is pine, grass, sweet orange fruit, and sweaty sock. The taste is resin, wood, caramel, grass, leaf, leather and some citrus fruit, with a bitter-dry finish. Medium body and lively carbonation. Not great....

Pours reddish orange with a small sticky white head. Aroma has notes of fruits, berries and hops. Taste is rather fruity with notes of malts, berries and hops. Sweet, sticky finish. Okay, but a bit unbalanced IPA.

50cl bottle from DeMolen beershop.
