Poured from a bottle at CBF 09. Almost opaque mahogany body. Decent, beige head. Malty smell, slightly roasted. Herbal taste with sweet wheat and a chocolate touch. Smooth. Alright, without too much excitements (16.05.2009).

Bottled (Beer Hunter’s, BB 09/2009). Dark nut brown color, small brown head. Aroma has caramel, toasted banana and yeast. Good body for 5% beer. Toasted banana, yeast, light caramel in the flavor. Kind of floury finish. This bottle was slightly sour. Not one of the best from Hornbeer line.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with a light brown head. Aroma is of fruit, caramel and roasted malts. Flavor was of roasted malts and caramel. I felt like it was missing a bit of fruit in the flavor but not bad.

Bottled@Gastropub Nordic, Tampere. Hazy very deep brown colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, caramel and a lot of liquorice. Flavour is roasted wheat, liquorice, black currant and some mild grassy hops as well. very pleasant. Gets a bit acidic in the flavour as it warms up.
