Bottle, 6.2% at ÅBF08. Weak, but refreshing aroma. Cloudy orange colour. OK wheat flavour. Not as citric as expected, could use more spices IMO. Very faint hint of pepper aftertaste.

Århus2008. 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a dense white head. Light yeasty and spiced aroma. Flavour is smooth and with a mild wheaty note. Towards the finish is a mild peppery note. Lightly spiced throughout. Ends mild wheaty without any bubblegum notes as such. Easy to drink brew yet somewhat on the bland site and the pepper is somewhat misplaced imho.

Bottled at Ølfestival, Århus 2008. An unclear light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of citrus and coriander, while the flavor is sweet with a light malt note on which are notes of citrus, coriander, and black pepper (yes, it is added) - I don’t know what the pepper is there for - it doesn’t work. The finish is dry and peppery.

Hazy golden with a lasting white pillow of head. Grain dominates the aroma, some coriander and a hint of grass. Dry with some wheat flavour, and a little spice. There is a hint of black pepper hotness in the finish. Could use the little touch of acidity that makes the best wits so quenching.
