Cask at Furnace, Derby. Pours a murky apricot with minimal off-white head and good lacing. Aroma has a vague indication of stone fruits – not much else. In the mouth it has a creamy texture with flavours of stone fruit, citrus and grapefruit, plus traces of alcoholic strength. Some fruity hops too which gradually come to dominate. Finish is somewhat dry This is a decent beer – but really not my style at all.
