(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Pours a hazy, dark amber golden with a dense, off-white head. Tiny floating impurities. Aroma of oak and spices. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Sweet fruits and caramel. Spicy, herbal - almost like cough syrup. Almost no bitterness. A slight improvement from the non-oaked version. 220308

50 cL bottle, thanks to thewolf. Pours hazy orange with a fully diminished white head. Light spiced and mild woody aroma. Mild spice flavour and a light woody note. Light sweetness and a light acidity into the finish. Gets a bit more smooth from the oak, but doesnt really gain anything else from this.

Unclear dark amber, with a small off-white head, much smaller than the un-barrelled version. Mellow herbs and spices, some tannin and a touch of (not unpleasant) acetone. Semi sweet, spiced flavour with some tannin. Finishes with a lingering fresh oakwood.
