Cask at Crewe Dog, Crewe. Pours a murky pinkish orange with minimal white head. Aroma has vague hints of raspberries and strawberries. In the mouth strawberries briefly have the upper hand before giving way to raspberries and floral hops. Overall it’s sweet, with texture like chewy sweets, but becoming sokmewhat rough after a while. Some hints of spices later on as well. The taste is decent enough, but stylistically this is a mess ! [ I would call it a Flavoured Witbier ]
