Cask gravity @ Reading Beer Festival 2008.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small, virtually none appearance, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, toffee, moderate buttery. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Cask conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 27/6/07. A pale copper bitter with a slight white head. Aroma was of floral hops with some grainy malt. Flavour started with biscuity malt before a hoppy finish kicked in. Good.
