A smooth stout with a very dark, rich color and has a "toast" and coffee-like taste. A hint of fruit balanced with moderate bitterness.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol, 20/4/08. Opaque black in colour with reddish undertones and a slight, tan head. Aromas of coffee, bitter chocolate, dark fruit and smoke. Easy drinking with plenty of roasted malt, sweetish chocolate and a short, dry finish. Enjoyable.
