Nose is caramel, stewed fruits, dark malts, herb.
Taste comprises fruit slice, booze tunes, liquorice, mellow barrel.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a rip of booze.

Gorzka czekolada, kokos, wanilia, marcepan. Barwa miedziana, przejrzyste, piana znikoma, lacingu brak. Goryczka zaznaczona, czekoladowa. Bardziej wytrawne niż słodkie, dość gładkie, lekko rozgrzewające, mało tutaj portera ale pije się bardzo dobrze.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma has a nice vanillin character, toasted malt, and bready malt. Flavour has a lot of the palo, with tons of liquorice, wood, and toasted malt. Unusual but successful experiment. Very good.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear brown with a beige head. Tons of vanilla bean and light roasted malts on the nose. Flavour also has a lot of vanilla bean up front, black liquorice, and wood over a base of toasted bready malts. Nicely done.

Po wersji z żurawiną na tym trochę się zawiodłem, ale to dlatego, że poprzeczka została tak wysoko zawieszona. Palo santo w aromacie wyczuwalne delikatnie, ale w posmaku wręcz dominuje. Ciekawe. Trochę kokosa, no i strasznie mocno klepie. Dawno nie miałem takiej bomby po jednym, małym piwku. Konkret.
