Mentor IV Palo Santo to intensywne piwo w stylu Imperial Baltic Porter, które zachwyca głębią smaków. W szkle prezentuje się w ciemnej, niemal czarnej barwie, z nutami palonego słodu, czekolady oraz suszonych owoców. On tap at WBF 2025, pours a dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma has a nice vanillin character, toasted malt, and bready malt. Flavour has a lot of the palo, with tons of liquorice, wood, and toasted malt. Unusual but successful experiment. Very good.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear brown with a beige head. Tons of vanilla bean and light roasted malts on the nose. Flavour also has a lot of vanilla bean up front, black liquorice, and wood over a base of toasted bready malts. Nicely done.

Poured dark brown in color.
Perfumy, lavendel, coconut with some bready flavors. OK.

Po wersji z żurawiną na tym trochę się zawiodłem, ale to dlatego, że poprzeczka została tak wysoko zawieszona. Palo santo w aromacie wyczuwalne delikatnie, ale w posmaku wręcz dominuje. Ciekawe. Trochę kokosa, no i strasznie mocno klepie. Dawno nie miałem takiej bomby po jednym, małym piwku. Konkret.
