It’s no secret we love our old world lagers around here, but nothing hits the spot like a classic American Pilsner. Brewed with American pilsner malt, hopped with Saaz and Cascade and lagered at near freezing temperatures, this beer is exactly what the style professes to be: crisp and bright. Designed be drank pint after pint, this beer pairs well with burgers on the grill, feet in the pool and sitting on a freshly mowed lawn.

Auroras are malt, maybe corn, crackers. Flavors are similar to nose, mildly bittersweet. Okay body and slightly soft carbonation. Definitely drinkable but nothing special.
