In the spirit of celebrating the journey of ingredients, we're excited to present a new variation of Déjà Fruit: our series of farmhouse saisons featuring second-use fruit. The nuances of once-used organic peaches from Blossom Bluff Organics retake center stage in a lively mixed-fermentation barrel-aged sour (with the addition of Nectaron Cryo hops)! The result is a peachy yellow-colored creation with bright acidity on the palate. Scents of white grape and oak give way to tastes of peach, passionfruit and apricot.
