Das honiggelbe obergärige Weizenbier besitzt eine kräftige Trübung. In der Nase dominieren die Aromen der Hefe und eine leichte Gewürznote nach Nelken. Im Antrunk muss man sofort an Bananen denken, die frischer nicht sein könnten. Durch den höheren Kohlensäuregehalt ist es besonders spritzig und perlend, genau das Richtige für die genussvolle und entspannte Auszeit nach der Arbeit.

0,33l bottle at home bought at Dreizack Vienna. BB 27.06.2025. yellow rather hazy / lightly murky color, medium big white head. smells spices, milky, creme fraiche, herbal, bit peppery, interesting smell I like it though. medium body, soapy carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, pepper, bit vegetal, lightly lactic, spices, light berry thing. finishes bitter / sweet with notes of spices, veggies and peppery notes. liked the smell, but the beer has some issues, some off notes.
