English-style beer India Pale Ale, produced with only English raw materials, from malts to a strain of Anglo-Saxon yeast. It is orange with a light sheen and a rich and creamy foam.
To the nose emerge herbaceous notes, with slightly earthy sensations given by the English hops and hints of cereal with hints of caramel. In the mouth we find the same sensations of grass and corn with an entrance where prevail the notes of bakery and a slender running center and a bitter finish very long and clean.
A beer that makes us dream of the traditional bar of the English pub.
