La nostra nuova birra artigianale Stones, è una birra a fermentazione spontanea in botti di Sauvignon Blanc, di colore giallo paglierino. Al naso troviamo sentori di cantina, muffato ed una nota di erba tagliata. In bocca è secca asciutta, con un entrata di cereale che fa spazio ad un citrico deciso che amplifica la sua elegante acidità

A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sour white grapes, wood, wine. Taste of sour white grapes, wine, sulfur. Woody finish.

Spritziger, weich fruchtiger Beginn, getreidig, milde Süße. Die vorhandene Säure ist schwach ausgeprägt, minimale Herbe, erfrischend. Okay. 7/9/9/9/9/9
